How does it work
In a 90-minute QEC session, issues are explored using Gestalt dialogue. The QEC technique installs change by creating sentences together and inducing rapid brain wave changes through specific breathing and posture. Only about 20-30 seconds are needed for installation, resulting in brain rewiring. Recommended minimum of 4 sessions for effective change. Client actively participates throughout.
